Wayne E. Vaden is the founding partner of Vaden Law Firm, LLC. Mr. Vaden is a trial attorney, focusing on real estate transactions and commercial litigation. Mr. Vaden has acted as the lead counsel in numerous proceedings, from “small trials” in front of administrative agencies to large, complex trials in state and federal court.

Prior to founding the Vaden Law Firm, Mr. Vaden was part of Mayor Hickenlooper’s administration, serving as the Clerk and Recorder for the city and county of Denver from 2003 to 2007. In that capacity, Mr. Vaden was responsible for the daily management of three municipal agencies. Mr. Vaden previously worked for the regional and national law firms, Holme Roberts & Owen LLP and Baker & Hostetler LLP. Mr. Vaden began working at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP after he received a Juris Doctor (JD) from Arizona State University, College of Law. Mr. Vaden also received a Bachelors Degree (BA) from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Mr. Vaden also worked as an assistant attorney general for the state of Colorado and an assistant city attorney for the city and county of Denver.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Vaden spends a lot of time working with youth recreation organizations. Mr. Vaden served as the head track and field coach at Montbello High School for over 10 years. While at Montbello, Mr. Vaden’s teams won three 5A Colorado State Championships. Mr. Vaden helped numerous athletes earn scholarships to major universities and was named coach of the year for 1999, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007. Mr. Vaden is the former head track and field coach at East High School. Mr. Vaden is married to Suranetta Vaden and has two daughters, Sierra and Shyanne.

Stephen A. Justino is an attorney at the Vaden Law Firm, LLC. Mr. Justino is a trial lawyer with over 21 years of experience in handling Plaintiff’s personal injury cases in Colorado.     Angela is a first-generation college graduate. She is a licensed attorney and real estate broker. She is currently employed as a Real Estate Attorney for the Vaden Law Firm, LLC and serves as the Managing Broker of City Park Realty, LLC in Denver, CO. In the past she served as the Executive Director of the Aurora Public Schools Education Foundation, where she was involved in every facet of the organization, including scholarship administration, marketing, event planning, fundraising and media relations.

    She has appeared numerous times on local TV and radio programs to promote non-profit causes. Angela has been recognized for her work in the non-profit arena, real estate and the legal industry. In 2007, she was honored by the Denver Urban Spectrum Magazine as one of “20 African Americans Who Make a Difference” in the Denver community. She was also recognized as a “2007 Outstanding Woman in Business” by the Aurora Sentinel, and as a nominee for the “2008 Woman in Business” by the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. She has served on various boards and commissions in Colorado, most notably as a Commissioner for the 2nd Judicial District in Colorado where she evaluates the performance of District and County Court Judges. She is a graduate of the 2007 Leadership Aurora Class.

    Angela received her bachelor of arts degree in English from Clark-Atlanta University and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Denver College of Law. She studied one year abroad (during her junior year) at Richmond College in London.

    Angela is a Denver native. She is an avid runner and active workout enthusiast. She has completed two full marathons, five half marathons, as well as numerous 5k and 10k events. She completed her first triathlon in 2009 during the 20th Anniversary Danskin Triathlon. She is the mother of two daughters (Natalie & Nicole), who both recently graduated from college. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren (Kye & Kassidy).
